What your assistant can do
- Read: your profile, race date, workouts, sessions with every split, metrics, training load, records, Apple Health data and plan.
- Workouts: create, change, duplicate or scale, archive and restore; race days and simulations with your division's loads.
- Plan: schedule, repeat weekly with progression, move, skip, swap, recovery weeks, a whole plan at once, clear the days ahead. Past days stay as your history.
- Profile: heart-rate figures, records and the details you tell it.
- Never: messages, social features, your account's settings, sign-in or security, or deleting a session you recorded.
Disconnect
In the Roxya app: Settings > Integrations, then ✕ on the assistant. Or remove Roxya in the assistant. Access ends at once.
Privacy
The assistant receives what it reads, heart rate and Apple Health data included, and its operator keeps it under its own terms: Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT and Codex, Perplexity AI for Perplexity. Roxya records which tool was used and when, never your conversation.
